   Ballads of Reemus is currently in development. Your pre-order entitles you to play it as soon as it comes out (currently planned for late this year). Once it is out you'll be able to click the link from your account page and play it online. From that same place you'll also be able to download it.

   For now, you can play Chapter 4 early release which you can find off the front page.
