This is meant to be 100% real. I am 50/50 but according to sources, it happened for real? What do you think? **DON'T WATCH IF EASILY SHOCKED**
I believe it's actually part of a viral marketing campaign for the drink he puts on his head. It's a completely fake video. Also, think about this aspect: if this is from "Russia's Got Talent" why is there a sign that says "Talent" (as opposed to "Russia's Got Talent"), and why is it in English?
I doubt a drinks company would use a video like that to promote themselves tbh. The Bulgarian show had the same sign also. English is the Universal language and it's common to see English used in foreign Countries. I still think it is fake but it is a good fake.
of course its fake or did you really think that some guys are doing an act like that with al the risks that is coming with it?
Only someone who is really very crazy shall accept it to do an act like that.
btw this vid did let me remember the following game:

If that really happened do you think it would of actually been uploaded to youtube and not had an age restriction or not been removed for almost 4 years?
Thats nothing. They had a few superficial wounds, these guys on the other hand have broken their backs, arms, fingers, ribs, cut ligaments, lost finger ect... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C1IhQmFFbmA
