Hey beef, here's the answer to your question but again please don't make a whole new forum for every little question. It clutters it and makes it hard to navigate.
Plus, it's much more likely that you're going to get a reply from someone like me, incognito, Earl, tman, or even Darkroot then Jay and Steve just because they are hard at work animating Chapter 4 and Ballads. Just saying don't get your hopes up for a direct reply from Jay or Steve for the reason mentioned earlier.
Okay, end of my rant; here's the answer to your question. In the forum "Make a game come earlier" Steve said:
Remember that Ballads of Reemus and Chapter 4 are designed to be a simultaneous release, so for instance someone who only plays on Kongregate or Newgrounds will be able to play Chapter 4 only once Ballads is finished and available to purchase and play.
As an added bonus, members of this site will get to play Chapter 4 before the rest of the web gets to play it. Furthermore, as an added bonus for pre-ordering Ballads, that group will get to play Chapter 4 even earlier.
To summarize, here's the plan:
1. We finish Chapter 4, most likely by early June. Those who have pre-ordered Ballads will get to play Chapter 4 first while we continue working on Ballads.
2. In a couple months from now, ClickShake members will get to play Chapter 4 and pre-orderers will get to play Ballads.
3. A couple weeks later, Ballads will be available for anyone to purchase and play instantly, and Chapter 4 for will be available to anyone to play around the internet
Just as an addendum, I don't mean any disrespect, but do you think you could use a bit more punctuation? The 'stream of consciousness' as it were makes it a wee bit hard to follow. :)

How would justifying the fact that we can all answer questions from our own knowledge of click shake games be shooting down everyone?
If I had to venture a guess, I'd say it was probably, "This is a forum not a 1on1 talk room."
That, in and of itself, isn't really much of anything bad. However, you seem to precede or end a sizable (sizeable?) portion of your posts with criticism. Over time, it gets a little grating.
steve when you know the exact date that reemus ch4 is playable do you report it here?
