On a side note: 'most' people thought the 21st century started on January 1st, 2000 (when it really started in 2001). 'Most' people think a television or computer screen is capable of displaying indigo and violet, even though none of them can. Numbers don't really prove very much.
On a side note to the side note: If memory serves correctly, there are slightly more than one billion catholics in the world (including both practicing and non-practicing). However, there's (very roughly) nearly seven billion people on the planet. That would mean that 'most' people are not Catholic.
By comparison, there are roughly 1.5 billion Muslims. If numbers proved anything, you should be converting to Islam. :)
(Not trying to suggest that anyone's views are right or wrong; just pointing out that the argument "I'm right, simply because more people agree with me" doesn't really hold water)
