walk ten steps away, it looks like an animal, the arcs and the popped out piece on the ear dont compare to photos ive got on google. there is two holes on one side and three on the other, is it a composite photo? (a photo made using multiple photos) the background is odd as well.

look at this and see if you find anything
RE: Earl's pic. It is really like a Gundam and I have seen a Gundam Rubix Cube somewhere before so maybe something to do with that?
tman, that is EXACTLY the same..... very interesting...but what is the riddle lol
Ok, getting frustrated now. I have inverted the colours, resized, skewed, inspected the elements, messed with the url, chopped and cropped, viewed it up close with the grid on and still don't think I have done anything close to helping to solve the puzzle.... Earl... I hate you! ;P
I did it all too and a little more, URL, resized, brightness. colours, searched images on the google, searched the puzzle on google, but nothing...
Robot, transformer, gundam, gundam desguised as transformer, transformer desguised as gundam, metroid, megaman, subliminal message, gundam desguised as gundam...
But now seriously:
1-The first thing I see is the Gundam
2-From far away, I see Megaman's helmet
3-Theres like a fuel tank on his head back
4-There is a blue point in the nothing above his horn or what it is
5-On the left there are two curved arcs, on the right, there one like a half-square, a two-sided, incomplete, triangle, and an interrogation.
6-Surely has something with his shadow.
7-I couldn't find the album in photobucket or imageshack
BUT the thing that I think that is most it, is that mouth, not the red thing, the one above it, I think its a word or something there that is were the puzzle is.
Also, Bloodaxe_11 is ur account, no? The picture name - g2 - Gundam 2
I think that u edited the photo
Now, tap his face with your finger, but only his face, it looks like megaman
TELL ME THE ASNWER!!!! IM GOING CRAZY!!!!!!!!!
Earl, is this the first "intelligent" android that you posed to us earlier?
I'm noticeing the differences between this and the real pic but I don't know what it means.
I'm impressed, tman.
It is, indeed, an RX-79[G] (Gundam G) from 08th MS Team.
Time for the first hint: That doesn't really help you.
(Some of the other hints I could give are freaking evil. We'll wait at least a day or two before I make you really hate me!)
... well, if it doesn't helps you, then it must be the background.
But you said "we" eh? Then it must be probably a parent of yours or anyone...
But... I think this "we" means someone that is registered in clickshake...
Well Earl I twisted my head a few times and I think I finally managed to think outside the cube. The question for you is, how close am I?
Assuming that's a clever reference to what you think the solution might be, I don't think you're very close at all. :)
Second hint time (probably not helpful, but you never know): When looking at that picture file, do you see any choices I made that might not have been 'typical'?
Well you have sized it at 100 x 100, could that be relevant???? Does seem a bit odd. Am I getting warmer?
And here I thought I was onto something. This was my guess.

Did you change the colour on the robot? Adding colour digitally in photoshop?
MY GOD I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THAT IS!!!!!!! ITS JUST AN ORDINARY HELMET!!!!!!!
Right Earl, I am stumper. It looks weird for certain. It's not... "right"..???
I have a feeling that fact that it is 100 x 100 pixels may be something to do with it but I don't know what. Also, it is a .png file so you have probably been messing with it on photoshop??
I really don't know?
I am guessing that we are meant to stretch the image or something but I give up! :(
Please, at least give us a hint at where to start...
I have no idea what it can be, but by what you said, it isn't the picture but its file or something alike that...
I think it's time to force this into endgame.
This may be giving it away too much, but hey, these things are really only fun when someone actually solves them, right? :D
So, the answer would still be the same even if I'd used this old web comic (by the best in the biz): http://img257.imageshack.us/img257/9852/dnan.png
For that matter (just because I particularly like this one), I also could have used this one: http://img695.imageshack.us/img695/27/zombiesw.png
(btw, didja notice one of the names in the first one?)
Consider what you already know from the original picture, and compare against these. You should start figuring it out. :D
Earl, what program did you use to turn these into PNG's? I wondered from the beginning if the PNG had multiple layers but Fireworks only shows me one layer. Can you confirm that there's only 1 layer in the PNG's?
i dont know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The conversion from JPG to PNG was done in... I think the Gimp for the first one (the gundam), and an extremely old version of Corel Photopaint for the other two.
Only one layer. I don't think PNGs can have multiple layers, can they?
Are you sure it actually saved as a PNG? (obviously any photo editor can add layers to an image that started out as any format. Saving it as that format, with it still retaining the layers, is another matter)
In any event, I was unaware of any ability to have a PNG with multiple layers, so obviously I wasn't using them myself. :)
So... did the most recent pair of new images really not help at all? Should I assume you've all 'given up'?
I'm totally lost on this puzzle, especially now that it uses my cartoons. The only thing I see is a conversion from jpg to png other than that I got nothing. I officially give up.
(On that note: It wasn't terribly easy finding SFW comics to use! :D )
Unless somebody says, "not yet!", I think I'll just reveal the answer tomorrie.
In case anybody's still trying to figure it out: What could be the significance of switching from jpg to png?
