It's Frederic Chopin, a Polish composer and a known pianist. That photo himself is a cover of the book titled "Life of Chopin" authored by Franz Liszt. I believed that posters is already edited and reprinted with a text included. But, if that one is one of those original prints during his era, that perhaps costs much in today's value.
