   I'm sorry to hear it. Sometimes if your system clock is not correct it can cause problems. Sometimes the internet connection drops out when you're ready to submit and it doesn't come through. Otherwise I'd recommend making sure you're logged in and on the latest version of Flash and that your browser is up to date.
