Milk, sugar, cream.<br /> Insisting that the milk and sugar first be frozen into ice cream, then melted back down for a shake is like insisting that <em>all</em> meat in spaghetti sauce has to first be packed into meatballs before being allowed to disintegrate back into ground beef.
