The page says "Chapter 4 of Several Journeys of Reemus is a seperate web game which will be released at the same time, though it is currently finished and you can play the early release right now if you pre-order Ballads." This seems to say that Ballads is nearing completion since Chapter 4 is already out, but if no audio has been recorded yet... perhaps not. I used to do a lot of audio mastering/editing stuff, so I know how tedious it can be to find exactly the right out of dozens of takes. Sometimes, none were perfect and various takes had to be spliced together... it's a pain. I'm looking forward to the release of Ballads, though I wish it was nearer to completion. =)</p> <p>Oh, and SteveCastro: I have found a huge problem with Chapter 4. The Ballads engine is greatly improved based on my experience working with Chapter 4 and development is a lot more efficient. Several puzzles are completely finished (art and animation). Several more are completely animated and I will be programming them once the dust settles on Chapter 4. There's always the 80/20 rule though which says 80% of the effort will go into the last 20% of the product, which certainly applies to game development when it comes to animating the last little bits, tweaking, polishing, testing, etc.</p> <p>We've got a lot of momentum going but its also a bigger game.
