Apologies for Jack’s comments above – I have discussed with him. It seems Jack was not logged in when he clicked to buy the pre-order. We went onto paytpal and completed the order. How does the game now get transfered to Jack’s profile ? Can you please give some guidance on this as I am not sure how the paypal payment can now be linked to a purchase on Jack’s profile ? (Jack’s Dad !) Thanks in advance. Matt
Currently, pre-orders are entered into the system manually. Please send me an email from the email address associated with the PayPal account used for payment indicating which ClickShake profile the pre-order should go with and I will enter it into the system. This is for confirmation purposes since the email addresses don’t match.

Hey! I just pre – ordered the game few weeks ago, confirmed everything, and i still don’t have the Ballads! And,if’im not mistaken,the other pepole have them already. I’m from Poland. If there’s any problem with international paying or something, let me know please. And if there is no problem, i wonder what could have happened with my money?
Well, if you mean the actual game, it hasn’t come out yet. BUt I notice you don’t have a little banner saying Ballads like I do, which means you probably weren’t logged in when you pre-ordered it.

i was trying to play reemus 3 again and all i hear is a lot of loud background noise and i would need to mute the sound for the game to play or it just freezes has this happened to anyone else or what would i need to do to fix this?
if i purchased the online version of ballads of reemus should it appear on my purchases section of my account screen because its been about a week but i still haven’t seen anything yet. or do i need to do something to confirm the purchase for my clickshake login?
if you werent logged in whilst you purchased it it wont register so you havent paid for it yet but your £10 is gone at moment tell steve and email him the transaction reciept and he will add it to your account pls confirm this steve and doublej3000 sure you can sort this out

The secret project does in fact involve the cat creature, as well as the ant creature.
The flesh eating forest is where they found the plants, but Reemus says they don’t usually grow this far away from the condiment forest.
Ch4 is in the final days before being done now, and Ballads has lots of backgrounds drawn, engine pretty much done, and a couple of its puzzles completely finished.
Right now profile monsters can’t be customized. However, we do have a plan for a customizable ClickShake character that you can use for your profile, but don’t tell anyone. It’ll be our little secret.
